It took us about two weeks to get ready, first some students were not very sure what to talk about, and if they did, they didn´t know how to say or how to say it. Short, concise and with many examples was the main instruction. Talk and show what makes you feel good, that moment you devote to caress yourself and give yourself a treat.
Most of the groups came up with great ideas: dancing, singing, playing an instrument, drawing, playing sports: football, rugby, field hockey or tennis, training at a gym and good eating, photography, fishing, Mandala drawing or making and some more.
